Detail:

1. Promotion: 
Get 1,500 Bamboo Club bonus points for every flight between Vietnam and Asian destinations operated by Bamboo Airways when purchasing online with Eligible Cards, with details as follows:

  • Purchase period: 17th May 2023 – 8th November 2023
  • Flight period: 17th May 2023 – 8th November 2023
  • Eligible Cards: Any valid Visa card issued in Vietnam 
  • Channel eligibility: Online purchases on the official website https://www.bambooairways.com/vn-en/ and the mobile application of Bamboo Airways
  • Route eligibility: Applicable for international flights between Vietnam and all destinations in Asia (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand and any other new destinations) that Bamboo Airways is directly operating its services, which shall be updated from time to time Bamboo Airways website without any prior notice
  • Payout time: Eligible transactions will be rewarded on the following Wednesday.

2. Terms & Conditions:

  • Offer is applicable only to air ticket purchases that are paid by Visa cards on the Bamboo Airways website or mobile application.
  • Customers need to provide their membership number when making payment for air ticket purchases, before boarding, or after 5 days after flight completion to enjoy the Offer.
  • For airfare bookings with multiple membership numbers, reward points will be credited to the first member ID that is provided.
  • For all payments, ticket issuance, and reservation amendments after the program period, the Offer will be no longer valid.
  • Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Offer can be used in conjunction with other promotions of Bamboo Airways.
  • Bonus points are awarded on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Offer may end early than the set end date, subject to the program budget.

3. Bamboo Club bonus point accumulation guide:

  • New Bamboo Club members: Registration here is required for eligible bonus point credits
  • New existing Bamboo Club members: To accumulate points when flying with Bamboo Airways, members should follow the instructions as follows:

Option 1: Accumulate point during air ticket purchases: Enter member ID into the Membership number field under the Passenger Data section when booking tickets on the Bamboo Airways website, or provide the member ID to the agency if booking through an agent.
Option 2: Accumulate point before boarding: Call Bamboo Club's hotline at 19001133 and request to add member ID to the booking, or provide the member ID to staff at check-in counters before the flight, or fill in member ID upon self-check-in at check-in kiosks at airports 
Option 3: Accumulate after 5 days of flight completion: Log in to your Bamboo Club member account, go into Claim points and enter details of previous flight(s) with no point credits.

4. Benefits of Bamboo Club bonus points:

  • With Bamboo Airways: award ticket, upgrade, extra baggage allowance, priority check-in, priority seat selection, and Business lounge voucher.
  • With partners: VINID points, Grab points, Viettel bill payment, OCB Omni.

5. Note

Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs, offers, discount cards, vouchers, or VIP privileges unless otherwise stated.
Visa & the participating Merchant reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Offer and Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Offers as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. Any claim, complaint, or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any claim against Visa.
