Along with the development of Bamboo Airways App and members can use virtual cards to replace physical cards, Bamboo Club would like to announce a new physical card printing policy from June 1, 2022 as follows:

Step 1: Payment process

Option 1: Transfer money to Bamboo Club’s bank account

Option 2: Pay at Bamboo Airways’ Booking Offices

Step 2:

After making the payment successfully, please email your transfer information (along with invoice image) and receiving address (in Vietnam, at working hours) to Bamboo Club. Our email: bambooclub@bambooairways.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Members who pay at Bamboo Airways’ Booking Offices do NOT have to do step 2.

You do not have to pay any additional fees except for the above fee (free card delivery).
