How to Redeem: 

Step 1: Choose your preferred restaurant and make a reservation via the hotline (0938687689), providing the following information:

  • Bamboo Club member name / Bamboo Airways passenger name
  • Membership number & tier / booking reference & flight number
  • Selected restaurant
  • Dining date & time
  • Number of guests

Step 2: Visit the restaurant at your reserved time and present your Bamboo Club membership card (physical or digital) or Bamboo Airways flight ticket to enjoy the benefits.

  • Applicable to customers who reserve and dine directly at the restaurant.
  • Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
