For your fast and comfort in check-in at the airport, Bamboo Airways sets up self check-in counter called Kiosk Check-in with following instructions:

√ 뱀부 에어웨이스의 온라인 체크인은 다음 공항에서 출발하는 뱀부 에어웨이스의 국내선 항공편에 적용됩니다. 노이바이공항-하노이 (HAN), 다낭공항-다낭 (DAD), 떤선녓공항 – 호치민 시 (SGN), 깜란공항-냐짱 (CXR), 푸꾸옥공항 (PQC)-꼰다오 (VCS)

√ 온라인 체크인을 통해 원하는 좌석을 배정할 수 있습니다.

√ 시간 걱정 없이 출발 예정 시각 24시간 ~ 1시간 전까지 온라인 체크인할 수 있습니다.

온라인 탑승권

"온라인 탑승권" (보딩패스)이란 뱀부 에어웨이스는 온라인 체크인 절차를 완료한 승객에게 항공권 구매에 사용한 이메일을 통해 발급하는 탑승권을 말합니다. 탑승권을 수령하면 컴퓨터/휴대폰 등 전자 기기로 인쇄하거나 저장할 수 있습니다.

온라인 체크인 카운터

온라인 체크인 카운터란 온라인 체크인을 완료한 승객이 탑승권을 확인하는 공항 체크인 카운터를 말합니다. 일반적으로 공항에서는 승객이 쉽게 알아 볼 수 있도록 "온라인 체크인 카운터"라고 적힌 안내판이 배치되어 있습니다. 공항 안내판에 표시되는 정보를 참고하거나 공항에 항공사 요원에게 문의하여 안내를 받으시기 바랍니다.

온라인 체크인 안내

1단계: 뱀부 에어웨이스 홈페이지에 접속하여 "온라인 체크인"을 선택하십시오.

2단계: 예약번호 또는 전자항공권번호, 승객 중 한 분의 성과 이름을 입력하십시오.

3단계: 예약 데이터 페이지에서 체크인할 승객 이름 및 항공편을 선택하고 "계속"을 누르십시오.

4단계: 화면에 승객과 수화물에 대한 ICI 규정이 표시되며, 정보를 주의 깊게 읽고 "동의"와 "계속"을 누르십시오.

5단계: 유틸리티 페이지에서 항공편 좌석 사전 배정 등 추가 서비스를 선택하고 결제를 진행하십시오. 선택하지 않으면 "계속"을 누르십시오.

6단계: 체크인 절차가 완료되면 시스템이 체크인이 완료되었다는 메시지가 표시됩니다. 여기서 본인과 동반자의 탑승권 인쇄를 선택하여 이메일을 통해 수신할 수 있습니다.

7단계: 화면에서 탑승권이 전송되었다는 메시지가 표시되며, 이제 이메일에 로그인하여 확인할 수 있습니다. 탑승권을 받은 후 인쇄하거나 휴대폰에 보관할 수 있습니다.

8단계: 규정에 따라 신분증을 모두 가지고 공항에 오십시오. 위탁 수하물이 있다면, 탑승수속 카운터에서 수하물 위탁 절차를 밟아야 합니다. 위탁 수하물이 없으며 온라인 체크인 절차를 완료한 승객은 체크인 카운터에서 체크인할 필요없고 보안검색대로 바로 갈 수 있다. 여기서 보안검색요원은 승객의 보딩패스에 기재되는 정보를 확인합니다. 완료되면 탑승 게이트로 이동합니다.

온라인 체크인 불가능한 경우

승객의 권리를 최적화하기 위해 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에 온라인 체크인이 적용되지 않습니다.

» 승객은 특별 서비스(특급 식사 서비스 제외)를 요청하는 경우

» 승객은 운송이 거절되거나 추방되는 경우

» 승객은 2세 미만의 어린이와 동반하는 경우

» 승객은 임산부인 경우

» 승객은 의료 지원 ( 휠체어 서빕스)를 요청한 경우

» 승객은 위의 목록에 포함되지 않은 도시에서 출발하는 항공편에 탑승하는 경우

온라인 체크인을 완료한 승객을 위한 주의사항

• 승객은 체크인을 위해 온라인 탑승권 및 항공 운송에 관한 규정에 따라 기타 필요한 서류를 제시해야 합니다.

• 탑승 게이트는 실제 운항 상화에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다. 따라서 공항에서 정보를 확인하시기 바랍니다.

• 하노이, 다낭, 호치민시, 냐짱에서 출발하는 국내선 항공편의 경우 승객이 위탁 수하물을 가지지 않으면 보안 검색대로 바로 갈 수 있습니다. 출발 예정 시각 최소 15분 전에 탑승 게이트에 도착해야 합니다. 승객이 위에 정해진 시한에 탑승 게이트에 도착하지 않는 경우 밤부 에어웨이스는 승객의 온라인 체크인을 취소할 것입니다.

• 온라인 체크인을 완료하는 승객이 위탁 수하물을 가져 오는 경우 탑승수속 마감 시간 최소 15분 전에 온라인 체크인 카운터에 도착해야 합니다. 승객은 위에 정해진 시한에 체크인 카운터에 나타나지 않으면 승객의 위탁 수하물 운송을 거절할 수 있습니다.

1.1 Step 1: Retrieve PNR:

– Touch on screen.

– Select language:

  • Tiếng Việt
  • English

– Select “Check-in”

– At check-in step

  • Select Continue: to proceed procedure
  • Select Cancel: to stop check-in

– Select “Continue”, Kiosk check-in switch to the Check-in screen with the following options to retrieve reservation information:

  • Passenger number record (PNR)
  • E-ticket number
  • Scan code (QR code on ticket)

     

    


1.2 Step 2: Retrieve itinerary and passenger info

– After retrieving successfully PNR, ticket number, Kiosk screen show itinerary in the ticket including:

  • Flight itinerary
  • Flight number
  • Flight date
  • Scheduled time of departure, arrival (STD-STA)
  • Flight timing
  • Countdown time to departure

– Select flight to check-in.

– Select all or each passenger to check-in.

– The screen will display “Important flight infomation”.

– You should read and accept to continue.

1.3 Step 3: Select in-flight seat:

– At the screen of selecting in-flight seat, you can select seat for each passenger:

– Select “Select seat” to open seat map, then select seat for each passenger.

– Or select “Skip” to bypass “Select seat”, The system shall allocate automatically passengers to empty in-flight seats.


Note:

– For those who pre-select seat, “select seat” screen shall display pre-selected seats, you cannot change in this case.

– You check-in at Kiosk check-in, only could select green-displayed seats, standard seats for those use Kiosk check-in.

1.4 Step 4: Input BBC points and bonus points:

– After finishing Step 3: select in-flight seat, the screen shall switch to the step of inputting Bamboo Club membership number and accumulate points for passenger (if the passenger hasn’t input card number upon time of paying ticket).

– Touch the box to input card number.

– BBC card number only includes serial numbers, excludes QH code.

– After inputting card number, then select “Enter” on screen to confirm card number.

  • Correct card number: the system displays green color with signal √.
  • Wrong card number: the system displays warning red notice: “Membership number is invalid”.

– Select “Finish” after inputting card number or bypass if you don’t have membership card.

1.5 Step 5: Finish:

– The last step before finish check-in via Kiosk.

– The system shall display “Finish” so that you can cross-check and confirm all info:

  • Travel information
  • Flight number
  • Flight date, time
  • Quantity and names of passengers finish check-in via Kiosk.
  • Seat number
  • Departure gate number (if any)
  • On-board time.

– After confirming all above information, without assistance from Airline staff or ground service, select “Printing boarding pass”

– The system shall automatically print and you can collect boarding pass and finish check-in via Kiosk check-in.

Finish check-in

– Passengers who have checked-in online via Website/Mobile can print boarding pass via check-in kiosk ONCE.

– Re-printing function does not support for those who have checked-in at Kiosk check-in and check-in counter.

2.1 Step 1: Retrieve PNR

– Refer to steps at 1.1

2.2 Step 2: Select flight and you need to re-print boarding pass

– After retrieving PNR successfully, the screen shows a list of valid flights, you choose your flight for re-printing boarding pass.

– Select “Continue” to open passenger infomation.

– Select the passenger for re-printing boarding pass.

2.3 Step 3: Confirm information and re-printing boarding pass

– “Boarding summary” screen displays:

  • Itinerary
  • Flight number
  • Flight date, time
  • Quantity and names of checked-in passengers.
  • Seat number
  • Boarding gate (if any)
  • Boarding time.

– You confirm infomation and select “Print boarding pass” for printing.

– Kiosk shall automatically print.

– Finish printing.

NOTES FOR USE OF KIOSK CHECK-IN 

You may encounter the following situations during the use of Kiosk: 

– The screen shall be turned off automatically after 30 seconds without any interaction. 

– In case you have completed seat selection and arrived at the Bamboo Club membership number input screen but taken more than 30 seconds to interact, the screen will turn off automatically. Your check-in status will be recored, but boarding pass will not be issued due to unfinished check-in. In this case, please come to our check-in counter to receive your boarding pass, as the kiosk does not print boarding pass for passengers who have checked-in via kiosk.
