Bamboo Club JCB card is a joint card between Bamboo Club – Bamboo Airways and JCB international credit institution, issued by Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Mbbank).

While retaining all functions and benefits of Bamboo Club membership card, Bamboo Club JCB card is also integrated with credit function, can be used at more than 10,000 payment points, easy to check credit information on Mbbank mobile application. Subjects: Individual residents (Vietnamese or foreigners) who have full civil act capacity as prescribed by law, have valid identification papers, ensure compliance with the provisions of Circular No. 19/2016/TT-NHNN dated June 30, 2016 of the State Bank of Vietnam regulating banking card operations and related amendments and supplements…

Conditions for card issuance:

• Cardholders are subject to the above provisions.
• Be a Bamboo Club member of Bamboo Airways

Other conditions specified by Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank in the Credit Card Product Regulations from time to time.

• Step 1: Enter required information on the registration page

After the registration is completed, you will receive an email notifying that the system has received your card issuance information.

• Step 2: The issuing bank will contact you to verify the card registration information.
• Step 3: After verifying information, you will receive an email from the system stating the successfulness/unsuccessfulness of your card issuance.

In case of successful card issuance, you can download Mbbank mobile app to use the non-physical card.

• Step 4: The physical card will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days after the confirmation of successful card issuance. You can compose an activation message to the system in case you do not want to use a non-physical card.

Regulations on statements may change according to MB’s regulations from time to time.

Credit limit for each card class is applied in accordance with MBbank’s regulations from time to time. Now it is:

• Standard credit card: 0 – 100,000,000 VND
• Platinum Credit Card: 0 – Unlimited

• For credit card feature: 36 months or change according to MBbank’s notice from time to time
• For Bamboo Club membership card feature: according to BAV’s regulations.

Yes. Customers are allowed to have credit cards at up to 04 different credit institutions (including MB).

The granting of limits to customers is in accordance with regulations and policies of MB from time to time.

• Interest rates may change for each card class, determined according to MB’s regulations and business policies from time to time.
• Regulations on credit card fees are applied in accordance with the fee schedule issued by MB from time to time or as agreed between MB and BAV.

Customers are exempted from the annual fee for the 2nd year onwards if:

• Standard card: total spending last year reached VND 50,000,000
• Platinum card: total spending last year reached VND 80,000,000

During the period from October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022: Instantly give 2,000 BBC bonus points to cardholders with spending bills of VND 2,000,000 or more.

Note: Applied to the first 600 cardholders with eligible invoices/month, maximum 6,000 points/ 3 months of promotion.

• For Standard cards: Get 1 Bamboo Club bonus point for every VND 30,000 spent at Bamboo Airways or every 60,000 spending at other providers.
• For Platinum cards: Get 1 Bamboo Club bonus point for every VND 25,000 spent at Bamboo Airways and 50,000 spent at other providers.
