Payment method and delivery time:

• Customers who are Bamboo Club members make direct payments at https://boschloyalty.khomes.vn/.
• The Customer's order will be processed within 24 hours of order confirmation: 
  • For orders delivered within Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi: 2-4 working days.
  • For orders delivered in the remaining provinces: 3-5 working days. 

Note: Delivery time is calculated from the date of order confirmation and does not include order processing time (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and legal holidays). 

4. Exchange rules

• Bosch Home Appliances Vietnam only supports 1:1 exchange for products with technical errors from suppliers/manufacturers. 
• Products must have all accompanying papers, invoices, and stamp documents.  
• For products not plugged in/installed/used: To ensure the fastest product exchange support in case the delivered goods are not intact/missing accessories/receiving the wrong goods, customers need to record the video of the opening process.  
• For products plugged in for use/installation/technical errors: The product will be subject to the warranty per the company's policy.   
• Exchange is only supported within 07 (seven) days from the time the Customer receives the goods.  

5. Warranty Policy

• Customers will be responsible for registering for a warranty by scanning the QR code on the genuine warranty stamp.
• Genuine warranty 36 (thirty-six) months for large household products, genuine warranty 24 (twenty-four) months for small household products.

6. Warranty conditions

• The product is within the warranty period and the product is damaged due to a manufacturer's fault. 
• Warranty is applied when the Customer presents clear information, the warranty stamp is intact and there are no erasures or tears.  
• Customers are encouraged to record videos of the process of opening goods and using them to ensure the highest level of benefits. 
• The product can only be returned after the technician re-inspects the product and confirms the defective product from the manufacturer.
