I. If you booked your ticket(s) directly on Bamboo Airways website/ Mobile App/ Ticket office 

1. Refund to credit shell (within 14 days from the date of your confirmation) 

- Refunded credit shell is identified or unidentified (subject to the airline regulation applied at the time of refund). 

 - Refunded credit shell is valid immediately upon issuance and valid until 365 days from the date of issuance. 

 - Can be used multiple times until the value expires. 

- Applicable scope: 

• Tickets issued through Bamboo Airways website/ Mobile App / Ticket office for all routes in the event of flight cancellations; 
• Tickets issued by foreign agents: Only apply to international routes that have ceased operations, reduced frequency and lack replacement flights 
• Gift voucher-based tickets with remaining validity and eligible redemption conditions. 

- Use the registered email in the booking to send refund request to our Customer Service Department at email address 19001166@bambooairways.com. Kindly provide the following information: Photos of the Identity documents (passport, Identity Card, Certificate of births…) of all passengers in the booking code (PNR) so that we can verify and complete the documents. 

2. Refund to the original payment method (within 90 working days from the date of your confirmation) 

Use the registered email in the booking to send refund request to our Customer Service Department at email address 19001166@bambooairways.com. Kindly provide the following information: 

1. Information of original payment method (Card holder's name, Card number (6 first and 4 last numbers), Expiry date); Bank account number; E-wallet account number… 
2. Booking code requested to refund 
3. Passengers requested for refund (Specify the passenger's name) 
4. Flight(s) requested for refund (Specify the itinerary and flight date/time) 

II. If you booked your ticket(s) through a travel agent, please contact the agents with whom you originally booked the ticket(s) for assistance.
